Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design intricate biology challenges that test cutting-edge AI systems.

• Develop deterministic tasks that have one definitive answer.

• Provide comprehensive, validated solutions.

• Create problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows.

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools.

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline.

• Experience in research or industry involving computational or quantitative biological analysis.

• Proficient in Python; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred.

• Strong reasoning skills and comfort with complex scientific problem solving.

• Ability to devise original and challenging problems rooted in real biological practices.

• Proficient in written English with a keen attention to detail.

• Nice to have:

• Familiarity with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology methods.

• Experience in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems.

• Cross-disciplinary experience that integrates biology and computation.
