This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, arranging appointments, and overseeing documentation.
• Ensure precise record-keeping related to binding activities, including the issuance of policies and endorsements.
• Aid in the coordination of binding processes, guaranteeing timely execution and regulatory compliance.
• Track inventory levels of binding materials and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Confirm the accuracy of binding documents and compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders to promote efficient operations.
• Tackle operational challenges promptly and with foresight.
• Uphold company policies and guidelines within the binding department.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business.
• Between 6 months to a year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Skills in Process Improvement.
• Competence in Computer Proficiency.
• Experience in Inventory Management.
• Strong Database Skills.
