BIM/VDC Specialist, Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Coordination and development of BIM models across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines.

• Implementation and support of VDC workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Utilize Revit families, templates, and BIM content to maintain consistency throughout projects.

• Create clash detection reports using Revizto or Navisworks and actively participate in coordination meetings.

• Ensure the accuracy of models and documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

• Assist in the production of drawings and model-based take-offs.

• Employ automation tools to enhance the efficiency of repetitive modeling tasks.

• Contribute to the establishment of company BIM standards and improvements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles, ideally within the data center, commercial, or industrial sectors.

• Essential proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Experience with Revizto or Navisworks and BIM 360 is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and coordination principles.

• Understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction sequencing.

• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).

• Knowledge of design and engineering collaboration workflows.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of cross-disciplinary teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
