This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe, and/or Electrical BIMs.

• Facilitate BIM Coordination meetings while demonstrating a solid understanding of construction principles.

• Provide support for our trades within the interstitial space.

• Collaborate with other disciplines and offer subject matter expertise to the delivery teams when necessary.

• Assist in creating Revit families as required.

• Help with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.

• Complete weekly time accounting through the submission of digital timesheets.

• Typical time allocation targets for BIM Engineers are as follows:

• 85%-95% Billable hours.

• 5%-15% Overhead hours. *Individual targets may vary depending on assignments and initiatives assigned to the team member.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Duties and assignments may change as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs, and Design capabilities.

• Effectively use Microsoft Office software to complete various tasks (i.e., Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook).

• Strong expertise in utilizing Bluebeam solutions.

• Consistently show a commitment to self-improvement.

• Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong self-motivational qualities.

• Exhibit pride in work and adhere to high standards of quality in personal performance and deliverables.

• Excel in a collaborative team environment.

• Have superior organizational and time management skills, along with a “make-it-happen” mentality to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Uphold the highest business ethics to ensure ARKANCE USA maintains its esteemed reputation at all times.

• Retain experience and understanding of the production, design, and construction fields.

• Maintain a positive working attitude and a strong desire to be an integral member of our dynamic team, contributing to advancements in the design industry.

• Willingness and adaptability to undertake additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to effectively support the needs of our clients, Autodesk, and ARKANCE USA.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer I (or equivalent).
