BIM Coordinator – Customer Engineer Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of Digital Twins for our clients by actively participating in live deployment projects.

• Leverage your expertise in building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) to facilitate data processing and validation.

• Collaborate with 3D building models (such as Revit or Navisworks) to comprehend building layouts and support precise Digital Twin creation, while analyzing extensive datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and ensure data integrity.

• Work closely with colleagues across various departments to aid in the setup and support of system integrations.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance data processing, documentation, and problem-solving, while remaining open to learning and adopting new tools and technologies as they emerge.

• Keep the Team Leader updated on progress, challenges, risks, and obstacles on a daily basis to facilitate effective deliverable management.

• Collaborate with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to enhance product functionalities and roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven services environment.

• An MEP engineering background (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing), particularly in control and monitoring within the built environment, is greatly appreciated.

• A comprehensive understanding of standard building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, as well as access control and security technologies.

• Experience in 3D modeling/BIM is highly valued, with exposure to authoring or review tools like Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad being a significant advantage.

• Comfortable using or willing to learn AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of clearly and simply explaining concepts to teammates.

• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret and work with large, diverse datasets (e.g., using Excel, SQL, or similar tools) to extract insights and guide decisions.
