This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analysis, review, and reporting of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), ensuring the reconciliation of ARR with recurring revenue to maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to assess actual billings in relation to budget and plan, providing explanations for key variances.
• Scrutinize and validate the billing details that underpin ARR to ensure they are accurate, complete, and suitable for forecasting purposes.
• Assist in the overall topline forecasting process related to revenue and billings.
• Prepare and deliver monthly presentations of ARR, billings, and recurring revenue results, along with KPIs, to senior business leaders.
• Examine Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) while working with the business to comprehend the factors influencing movements in recurring revenue.
• Act as the primary FP&A contact for matters related to ARR and billings, collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and the wider business to ensure alignment in reporting and forecasting assumptions.
• Assess and implement process enhancements in ARR and billings reporting, while also conducting various ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Prior experience in a similar role concentrating on billings and recurring revenue, with practical expertise in ARR and SaaS/subscription financial metrics.
• Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.
• Capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of audiences, including Senior Leaders.
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities with a knack for influencing and working effectively in a matrixed environment to garner support and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to gather, interpret, and analyze data for reporting to various internal stakeholders.
• Successful completion of a background screening process that may include employment verifications, criminal searches, OFAC checks, SS verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
