Billing Systems Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establishing billing schedules and procedures for customers

• Analyzing data, generating invoices, and creating billing reports for Managed Service Customers

• Coordinating monthly activities with both internal teams and external partners

• Assisting Managed Service customers directly via phone and email to resolve billing or application inquiries and issues

• Supervising the production efforts of other Billing Analysts when designated

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field

• Familiarity with telecom billing solutions, rating and charging systems, and Interconnect Billing

• 3-5 years of experience in documenting support plans, strategies, and cases

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment or work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency

• Experience in the telecom OSS/BSS domain

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Shell, PowerShell, Python, or Perl

• Experience with any SQL, No-SQL, or Oracle database

• Working knowledge of Unix and various application configuration and production support
