Billing Specialist – Parcel/Freight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the preparation of intricate client invoices for both freight and parcel services.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

• Consistently document and revise billing procedures.

• Provide management with essential key performance indicators.

• Support requests related to both internal and external audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the omnichannel, supply chain, parcel, or logistics-related sectors is preferred.

• Experience with WMS/OMS is crucial.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and intricate formulas for data analysis.

• Familiarity with Freshdesk, Salesforce, and NetSuite is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct data analytics on large datasets.

• Excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
