Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensuring Revenue Accuracy: You will carefully analyze, revise, and audit intricate time tracking sheets within tailored time management systems. By identifying errors in grammar, codes, and service descriptions prior to client delivery, you guarantee complete billing accuracy.

• Enhancing Portal Workflows: You will take full responsibility for major client billing portals, transforming financial documents into clear, organized formats and promptly uploading invoices to ensure seamless payment cycles without delays.

• Bridging Key Stakeholders: You will serve as a central communication link, managing active shared inboxes daily and working collaboratively with the Collections departments, internal managers, and regional field offices to quickly address inquiries.

• Creating the Playbook: You will regularly gather monthly reporting insights and proactively document distinct, client-specific billing rules and procedures into clear, repeatable processes to enhance internal performance.
