This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage the processing of client invoices in high volumes.
• Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients.
• Set billing parameters upon receiving new or updated client contracts.
• Generate client invoices accurately and promptly in accordance with contract terms.
• Regularly review and verify invoice details across necessary systems.
• Apply credit memos as required, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Address client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging to clients.
• Support Collection Specialists in managing aged client invoices.
• Investigate discrepancies and provide audit assistance and schedules as needed.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience in billing and/or within the industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred, with Sage Intacct being desired.
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to meet and surpass strict deadlines.
• Capable of thriving in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Possess excellent planning and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
