Billing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly billing KPIs to maintain consistent payment performance;

• Analyze payment discrepancies and resolve transaction-related issues;

• Enhance payment workflows, provider allocation, and cashier efficiency;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline payment operations;

• Ensure high-quality payment processes and successful traffic launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of experience as a Billing/Payment Specialist or in the online payments sector;

• Exhibit confidence in handling financial and transactional data;

• Utilize Excel and MS Office tools at an advanced level;

• Have a solid understanding of online payment integrations, funnels, and payment workflows;

• Communicate proficiently in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above;

• Navigate payment systems and transactional services with assurance;

• Engage with international partners through both written and spoken English.
