Billing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee key performance indicators that impact billing efficiency, such as authorization rates, risk metrics, and cost optimization.

• Perform in-depth billing analytics.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with payment providers.

• Collaborate with product managers, support teams, finance, management, and development units.

• Investigate popular payment methods across various markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Billing Manager or Anti-Fraud Manager.

• Familiarity with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, and cost optimization.

• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to resolving issues.

• Capability to work autonomously and develop hypotheses and solutions.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) such as Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, and Checkout.

• Proficiency with orchestration platforms, 3DS, payment tokenization, chargeback protection, Amplitude, Jira, and Tableau.

• Comprehensive knowledge of alternative payment methods like PIX, Blik, Cash App, and Revolut.

• Background in the financial or banking sector is an advantage.

• Experience with payment systems is a plus.

• Understanding of unit economics and data-driven decision-making methodologies is beneficial.

• Experience in creating technical requirements for developers and conducting A/B tests is advantageous.

• Negotiation experience with business partners is a plus.
