Billing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Revenue Cycle in selecting, guiding, and developing the billing department staff.

• Provide support to team members dealing with complex bills and inquiries about billing procedures and best practices.

• Oversee a team of associates and supervisors, making all decisions related to hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.

• Report on Key Performance Indicators for the department and adhere to the standards established as benchmarks and best practices for each client.

• Manage the daily operations of the department, track progress to identify emerging issues, and create training or processes to resolve these challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience of 3 to 5 years.

• Experience with EMR and Clearinghouse systems is sought after.

• Experience in Physician Revenue Cycle is desired.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client assessments or on-site support if necessary.
