Billing Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage client timesheets for invoicing purposes

• Collaborate with MedAlign and Sandata systems

• Download and upload billing documentation

• Calculate mileage for caregivers

• Establish new clients within billing platforms

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing deadlines

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

• Background in billing, administrative assistance, or healthcare operations

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
