Billing Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure prompt and precise processing of approved timesheets and invoices

• Investigate and resolve all provider and client inquiries efficiently and with a customer-centric approach

• Generate timely and accurate invoices

• Address and resolve inquiries and issues from both internal and external customers

• Conduct reconciliations for customer accounts, third-party systems, and other necessary reconciliations

• Prepare and deliver analytical reports, alongside performing data analysis and reporting as required

• Maintain essential reporting metrics for the department while collaborating with various teams on root cause analysis and resolution

• Develop and implement departmental audit reports to enhance the accuracy of data processing, analyze exception processes, and fulfill internal/external audit requests

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Shared Services environment

• Preferred 2-5 years of experience in billing and/or as an analyst

• Strong technical competencies and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and advanced Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Strong organizational and presentation skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team

• Solid business acumen with an understanding of the organization and its various functions

• Good grasp of payroll/billing process flow to extract data from reporting modules and analyze information

• Strong analytical thinking skills to break down issues systematically and identify root causes.
