This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review and authorize new and revised customer subscriptions to guarantee accuracy and completeness promptly.
• Maintain and update subscription information within billing systems.
• Ensure billing precision by validating data and detecting discrepancies across systems.
• Investigate and resolve billing inconsistencies, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain and review validation reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Assist with occasional customer billing inquiries and aid in issue resolution.
• Support month-end billing processes by ensuring all billable activities are captured, billed, and validated for accuracy.
• Conduct data checks and reconciliations to ensure the completeness and precision of monthly billing.
• Assist the collections team with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• 2–4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in Excel, including knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements).
• Comfortable working within billing and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms).
• Systems-savvy, capable of navigating, validating, and reconciling data across multiple tools.
• Able to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Communicates ideas and suggestions that contribute to the team’s success.
• Open to and receptive of constructive feedback.
• Completes tasks thoroughly and provides support as needed.
• Eager to learn about new systems and processes.
• Capable of managing administrative tasks as assigned.
