Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare, process, and reconcile customer billings in accordance with company policy.

• Review invoices to ensure accuracy.

• Analyze billings and investigate any discrepancies.

• Maintain sales orders effectively.

• Examine sales contracts to verify that billing is consistent with contract terms.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service to address billing inquiries.

• Work together with collections and/or sales to resolve payment issues.

• Provide assistance as needed for unbilled analysis at the end of each period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar position.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish in a business context is required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage a high volume of data.

• Exceptional attention to detail and reconciliation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
