This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Accurately prepare, generate, and process all customer sales revenue invoices within established timelines.
• Address customer invoicing inquiries and deliver prompt solutions to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Collaborate with Administration teams, Practice Leads, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and rectify invoice discrepancies or billing issues.
• Keep customer account records updated, ensuring that pricing structures, contract rates, and account details are precise and current.
• Implement and oversee customer price modifications, ensuring that changes are accurately reflected in billing systems and invoicing processes.
• Reconcile billing information and identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies prior to the issuance of invoices.
• Assist the accounts function in ensuring that revenue is recorded accurately and in line with company policies.
• Generate ad hoc reports and perform revenue-related analyses as requested by management.
• Aid in month-end billing tasks and support broader finance team objectives as necessary.
• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of billing processes and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous experience in billing, finance administration, or a related position.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
