📋 Description

• Conduct investigations, analyses, negotiations, resolutions, documentation, and reporting on consumer and commercial billing concerns and complaints.

• Determine solutions to address billing problems.

• Offer suitable resolution options to clients.

• Negotiate and approve billing settlements within designated limits.

• Modify customer accounts as necessary.
