This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for operational communications regarding Bill Review.

• Oversee and address client questions related to Bill Review operations.

• Facilitate communication and resolve issues between clients and internal operational teams.

• Prepare and disseminate updates, operational communications, and meeting materials for clients.

• Monitor, prioritize, assign, and track operational support tickets until resolution.

• Coordinate cross-functional solutions for operational challenges.

• Provide updates to stakeholders and escalate urgent issues as necessary.

• Create regular and ad hoc reports related to operations, production, and specific clients.

• Confirm report accuracy and ensure punctual delivery.

• Track operational metrics, identify trends, and report findings to leadership.

• Build and sustain knowledge of Bill Review workflows, systems, and processes.

• Document procedures and identify enhancements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Aid in process mapping, workflow optimization, and the implementation of operational improvements.

• Monitor recurring operational issues and propose long-term solutions.

• Assist with operational readiness and implementation efforts for new clients.

• Support the testing and validation of system enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster operational excellence.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, payment integrity, medical bill review, claims administration, client services, or a related operational setting.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient in analyzing operational data and effectively communicating findings.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Must reside in the US.

• A quiet workspace free from distractions is required.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• Compliance with company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in supporting medical bill review, healthcare claims processing, payment integrity, or revenue cycle operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/work management systems is advantageous.

• Knowledge of workflow documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma) is beneficial.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives or client implementations is preferred.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders is a plus.
