
Bilingual Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, implement, and oversee tailored vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives.
• Create innovative, goal-focused strategies to assist individuals receiving disability benefits.
• Manage program budgets effectively, including planning, monitoring, and ensuring cost-efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop effective and sustainable return-to-work solutions.
• Facilitate the transition of ill and injured members of the Canadian Forces into employment after release.
• Conduct client assessments, coordinate services, and supervise vendor engagement.
• A university degree in a relevant discipline; preference for Health Sciences, Psychology, Counseling, or Career Development.
• Over 5 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, or equivalent experience in active rehabilitation.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation industry standards, disability insurance, medical terminology, and best practices in case management.
• Proven experience in managing budgets within a professional setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high performance and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
