This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists applicants by assessing their eligibility and hiring criteria; organizing new hire orientation schedules; and addressing requests.
• Responds to inquiries by clarifying the information sought; researching, locating, and supplying necessary details as required.
• Guides applicants by outlining orientation processes; offering information; and confirming appointment schedules.
• Meets requests by clarifying the desired goals of the organization or branch.
• Identifies opportunities to promote job openings; provides brief overviews of current positions to applicants upon request.
• Maintains the call center database by recording all relevant information.
• Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities.
• Improves the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and varied requests; seeks chances to add value to job outcomes.
• Performs additional office tasks as assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing sensitive or challenging situations with confidence and composure, without being overly influenced by strong emotions.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Must exhibit persistence and commitment to completing all assigned responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with other standard office equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills (listening, speaking, writing) and diplomacy.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a call center or similar role.
• Experience in call center or staffing preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
