This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct organized customer training sessions utilizing established materials and guidelines to enhance the adoption of Keeper products.
• Lead virtual training sessions, workshops, and (if applicable) webinars while promoting participant engagement and interaction.
• Utilize and update current training materials and learning resources, making minor adjustments or enhancements when necessary.
• Integrate approved interactive components into training sessions to foster engagement and improve learning retention.
• Interact with customers to assess training requirements and collect feedback through unspecified processes.
• Provide follow-up support after training sessions to reinforce learning outcomes and address common inquiries.
• Keep precise records of training sessions and customer interactions to ensure continuity.
• Adhere to established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with basic LMS user inquiries, including login issues, course access, and directing users to suitable training resources.
• Help update training modules and materials following established approval and review processes.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in training development and delivery, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment or a comparable customer service setting.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).
• Strong comprehension of SaaS products and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to tailor training content to meet diverse audience needs and skill levels.
• Willingness and ability to consistently maintain working hours.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively manage customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, across global regions and time zones.
