This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and implement effective training programs for our resellers, customers, and team members.
• Assess training requirements and design tailored learning pathways.
• Provide a thorough curriculum that encompasses the sales, support, and value of Geotab’s product offerings.
• Develop training schedules and lead onboarding and technical training sessions.
• Create training materials that align with organizational goals.
• Assist in the rollout of the LMS platform (myLearning).
• 1-3 years of experience in delivering training across various modalities.
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%. A valid passport is necessary.
• Strong ability to learn and navigate new software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and promptly convey information both verbally and in writing.
• Active listening skills to fully comprehend customer concerns.
• Empathetic approach to connect with customers, understanding their needs and frustrations.
• Patience in managing routine customer interactions.
• Flexibility and composure when addressing minor unexpected situations.
