This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee agents within an assigned area of responsibility
• Cultivate relationships, provide training, and assess agency performance
• Analyze competitor offerings to enhance preference for GEICO's products
• Create localized marketing strategies and plans to achieve growth objectives
• Evaluate agent performance in accordance with established goals and guidelines
• Educate agency personnel on GEICO and affiliated products
• Advise agents and implement disciplinary measures when necessary
• Identify, interview, and sanction new appointments to broaden GEICO's agency distribution
• Bilingual proficiency is mandatory
• Must possess the ability to see, hear, type, and communicate, with or without accommodations
• Ability to meet both in person and virtually is essential
• Must be capable of following intricate instructions and resolving conflicts
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are necessary
• A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience is preferred
• Previous experience in driving sales results is preferred
• Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health) is preferred
