This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.
• Assist with hiring requirements across various manufacturing sites throughout Canada.
• Primarily focus on recruiting for hourly and frontline production positions, encompassing skilled trades, operations, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing roles.
• Collaborate closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to gain insights into workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Execute candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a steady stream of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and follow-up.
• Monitor recruiting activities and maintain precise data within the applicant tracking system.
• Occasionally assist with recruitment for professional and corporate roles as business needs arise.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment settings.
• Strong capability to handle multiple requisitions concurrently while adhering to hiring timelines.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
