This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both full-time and part-time roles, building rapport with candidates throughout their journey.
• Foster and maintain candidate relationships to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
• Execute online searches, review resumes, advertise job vacancies, organize interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Organize and facilitate recruitment events, establishing partnerships with community organizations to broaden candidate diversity.
• Maintain and enhance MasterCorp’s online visibility, consistently adhering to brand guidelines.
• Deliver thorough training to new managers regarding recruitment policies, procedures, and the use of iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System), alongside essential interviewing and selection methods.
• Produce regular recruitment reports for business stakeholders on a weekly and quarterly basis.
• Create quarterly and annual hiring forecasts that align with organizational goals.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of local employment trends, competition, and challenges within the area to effectively advise hiring managers.
• Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutual alignment and satisfaction.
• Provide support to managers at all levels in accordance with company protocols, while also guiding them on recruitment best practices.
• Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including candidate outreach, interviews, time-to-fill, hires, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest interviewing techniques, regulatory requirements, systemic processes, and industry trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• At least two (2) years of recruiting experience.
• A four-year degree is preferred in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong sales and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• A strong sense of urgency.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on inquiry and active listening.
• Business acumen and the ability to communicate the needs of the business clearly.
