Bilingual Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Psychologist – EAP Counsellor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver short-term counseling to a diverse clientele facing various challenges, utilizing phone and video sessions.

• Handle administrative tasks by employing clinical templates and technological tools that enhance note-taking efficiency.

• Engage in team meetings and peer group discussions that foster open dialogue.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in mental health or a related discipline.

• A registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level is essential).

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.

• Capable of establishing short-term objectives and applying a solution-focused methodology.

• Compassionate, with the ability to handle crisis or high-risk scenarios effectively.

• Excellent time management skills to accommodate a substantial client load.

• Access to a private and confidential workspace.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory, with bilingualism considered an asset.
