Bilingual Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver efficient technical services to support product applications at customer locations, ensuring high levels of account satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee multiple clients within a designated geographic region who utilize a range of product lines.

• Provide assistance, information, and support to clients, manage inquiries, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Offer consistent service for DuBois equipment repairs, replacements, installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and deliver personalized value-added services to clients.

• Capable of documenting, reporting, and communicating findings, abnormal situations, and suggesting recommendations.

• Exhibit strong technical skills to address customers' technical issues and contribute to process improvements.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other cross-functional support personnel.

• Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators.

• Precisely enter all pertinent information into Analytics or a similar data collection platform, including chemical test outcomes, meter/setpoint readings, inventory levels/dosing rates, GPS locations, and service durations.

• Travel to assigned customer locations to conduct service audits.

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.

• Mechanical aptitude in electrical work and plumbing is preferred.

• Strong time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to comprehend the company's products and services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in on-site technical/mechanical testing.

• Ability to adapt to varying customer needs and scenarios.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Proficient with Microsoft products, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other analytical tools.
