This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage in a comprehensive job scope discussion with the hiring leader to clarify position requirements.
• Promptly assess applicants who have submitted their applications through the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to the specific job vacancy.
• Identify candidates through resume databases and networking platforms utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Source candidates through social media channels and in-depth web sourcing methods.
• Create targeted lists of passive candidates leveraging member subscriptions and relevant technologies.
• Actively seek and follow up on referrals from professional networks and/or internal sources.
• Employ proprietary software for mobile and email outreach to talent communities.
• Utilize a diverse range of media to engage with the talent community (phone, email, campaigns, networking introductions, and social media).
• Craft value propositions uniquely tailored to each candidate's situation and interest in the role.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical details, interview schedules, dress code guidance, and follow-up expectations; offer additional counsel as required.
• Ensure all candidates receive timely updates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.
• Maintain a continuous understanding of the interest levels and concerns of top candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct professional and insightful phone interviews, incorporating industry-specific probing questions as directed by the conversation.
• Navigate challenging discussions to obtain necessary information.
• Evaluate candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments against requisition specifications to assess candidate fit for the role.
• Consider factors related to candidate compatibility with the team and cultural alignment.
• Administer skills testing as needed and assess results (if applicable).
• Review background and reference information (if applicable).
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously cultivate a talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are actively in consideration.
• Keep the hiring manager informed about any market changes that could influence the hiring process or talent community.
• Communicate the job offer clearly and work towards securing candidate acceptance.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure the candidate accepts the offer.
• Adhere strictly to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
• Exhibit expertise in the segment, practice, or industry.
• Strive to deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
• Provide precise and regular updates on recruiting activities.
• Identify potential challenges with searches and collaborate with leadership (and hiring manager as needed) to find solutions.
• Proactively and consistently communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience within the US market, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in English.
