This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of operational professionals.
• Manage distinct and intricate partnerships that are strategically significant to the network.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on authorization and settlement applications.
• Propel the complete life-cycle of complex, cross-functional process enhancements.
• Identify and address operational gaps across teams and systems.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to evaluate performance.
• Direct strategic departmental projects and contribute to broader company initiatives.
• Oversee and implement extensive training programs on tools, systems, and processes.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, operations, or relationship management within the financial services or payments sector.
• At least 4 years of experience in people leadership and performance management.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
