Bilingual Salesforce Data Quality Assistant – 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Analyze extensive datasets (comprising several thousand rows) in Excel or Google Sheets, scrutinizing records individually.

• Access, evaluate, and interpret relevant PDF documentation, including customer records and invoices, ensuring their accuracy against corresponding system entries.

• Detect and rectify discrepancies, incomplete information, duplicate records, and other data quality concerns, adhering to established procedures.

• Refer ambiguous, unusual, or out-of-scope cases to the project lead for further examination.

• Keep precise and timely records of completed tasks, modifications made, and pending items, to facilitate project tracking and reporting.

• Maintain consistent quality and productivity throughout the duration of the project engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven attention to detail and a systematic approach to repetitive tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including skills in sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and standard data manipulation.

• Ability to accurately and consistently follow established processes over an extended timeframe.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain regular, proactive communication with the project lead in a remote work setting.

• Commitment to the confidential handling of customer and financial data.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage personal productivity without direct day-to-day oversight.

• Previous experience in data entry, data cleanup, audit support, bookkeeping, or administrative roles (preferred).

• Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred).

• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or other standard financial documentation (preferred).
