This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Delivers exceptional online and telephone support to all clients, including brokers, agents, and their uplines.
• Ensures high-quality management of customer inquiries through mail, email, and chat interactions.
• Addresses inquiries and resolves issues related to all facets of broker/agent operations: questions and concerns about member eligibility, benefits, claims processes, as well as product inquiries and various other customer support tasks.
• Provides recommendations to management regarding challenges, trends in issues, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience delivering quality service across a diverse range of business topics.
• Background in telephonic customer service, including the management of escalated calls.
