• This role entails direct engagement with international schools, aiding in the sales process, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting meetings via phone or video call, and documenting data and insights gathered during meetings in the company's CRM and software.
• The primary focus of this position is to support our partner schools outside of Brazil; thus, proficiency in Spanish is crucial.
• Maintain daily productivity and monitor sales performance;
• Offer input and recommendations;
• Meet the sales goals established for the region;
• Manage calls, written correspondence, and follow-ups;
• Utilize our tools for proactive outreach to schools;
• Employ targeted outreach strategies during sales conversations;
• Contribute to enhancing satisfaction levels of potential partner schools.
• Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory and will be assessed!);
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
• Must be residing in Brazil at the time of hiring;
• Possess all necessary documentation to work under a formal employment contract in Brazil;
• Proficient in Office/Google Drive (intermediate level);
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
