📋 Description

• Craft high-level prompts in Russian related to sensitive topics.

• Utilize structured guidelines to categorize prompts and discussions.

• Identify and flag adversarial language and escalation trends.

• Record the rationale behind evaluations.

• Assess and improve the performance of advanced AI models on sensitive subjects in Russian.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.

• Proficient in written English at a business level.

• Bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.

• Strong written analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Good judgment regarding sensitive and dual-use information.

• Experience in reviewing, grading, or conducting red team assessments on written or technical content.

• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy analysis, or adversarial testing.

• Candidates must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
