Bilingual Representative, English - Spanish Speakers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish for pre-settlement funding inquiries.

• Collect precise case information, including accident details, attorney contacts, case status, and funding eligibility.

• Guide clients through the pre-settlement funding process with clarity and compassion in their preferred language.

• Collaborate with attorneys and law firms to obtain necessary documentation and updates on cases.

• Evaluate case eligibility and direct it to the appropriate funding team for assessment and approval.

• Keep meticulous and detailed records of every client interaction and the progression of cases.

• Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking clients and internal English-speaking teams.

• Adhere to data privacy, compliance standards, and professionalism throughout every interaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing position (Required).

• Proficient in both English and Spanish — written and verbal (Required).

• Knowledge of pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is highly advantageous.

• A warm and culturally sensitive communicator who adjusts easily across languages and backgrounds.

• Patient and composed, especially when clients are in vulnerable or high-stress situations.

• Detail-oriented and precise when managing sensitive legal and financial information.

• Capable of handling multiple cases at once while ensuring consistent follow-through.

• Adaptable to changing schedules and fully reliable in a remote work environment.
