This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Address and resolve customer account concerns, internal policy inquiries, and provide general assistance.

• Deliver multiskill support (via chat, email, and/or voice) in a compassionate manner, managing high volumes and a diverse array of requests.

• Handle multiple concurrent interactions across various channels utilizing different online tools.

• Regularly reference internal resources and adhere strictly to service guidelines and policies.

• Achieve and uphold performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Quality).

• Engage with the internal team in English – proficiency in reading and understanding English text is crucial.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A high school diploma is necessary (pursuing or completed higher education is advantageous).

• Experience in a call center environment focused on customer support is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital marketing is beneficial.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required **(testing will be conducted);**

• Must reside near or have convenient access to Unidade Nova São Paulo (South Zone of São Paulo).

• Basic computer and typing abilities are required.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and empathy to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers.
