Bilingual Relationship Specialist II – English, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address concerns related to customer accounts, internal policies, and general support;

• Offer multiskill assistance (chat, e-mail, and/or voice) in a personable manner, managing a high volume and diverse range of requests;

• Handle multiple concurrent interactions across various channels, utilizing different online platforms;

• Regularly reference internal guides and adhere to service standards and policies with precision;

• Meet and sustain performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Quality);

• Interact with the internal team in English – the ability to read and interpret written English is crucial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age;

• A minimum of a high school diploma (current enrollment in or completion of higher education is advantageous);

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is beneficial;

• Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus;

• Intermediate to advanced level of English (assessments will be conducted);

• Must live nearby or have convenient access to the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo).

• Technical and behavioral competencies:

• Basic computer and typing skills (mandatory);

• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy to engage with various customer profiles;

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, even under pressure;

• Strong organizational skills, results-driven attitude, and attention to detail.
