
Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage fluently and professionally with candidates and team members in both English and Spanish, covering written and verbal communication.
• Organize interview scheduling for candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
• Assist with the onboarding process by preparing, gathering, and monitoring all necessary documentation and paperwork for new hires.
• Oversee candidate data and updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Dispatch offer letters and support candidates with pre-employment screenings as required.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure all communications with candidates are timely, precise, and culturally appropriate.
• Help enhance recruitment and onboarding processes for increased efficiency.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (required for verbal and written communication).
• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support is preferred.
• Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable navigating various platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and candidates.
