Bilingual Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, with a focus on attracting outstanding talent.

• Deliver proactive and timely updates regarding the status of the search.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in alignment with position requirements.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
