• Oversee an average of 20-30 active job openings each month, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Responsible for recruiting across various positions including Sales, Engineers, Operations, Technicians, and other roles.
• Maintain compliance and precision by managing recruitment processes through Workday, keeping offer correction rates below 10%.
• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering strategic talent guidance and ensuring accountability throughout the hiring process.
• Enhance business insight and visibility through monthly in-person interactions, such as site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, power, and electrical systems is preferred.
• Extensive experience in sourcing talent through various platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging with passive candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Workday.
• Ability to leverage data and insights from the talent market to create effective hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and advising hiring managers.
• Awareness of employment laws and best practices concerning hiring and interviewing.
• Option to work from home or from a local service center in the Houston Area.
