Bilingual Recipient Solutions Manager I

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional support, education, and value-added services aimed at reducing the aftercare burden for patients and professionals.

• Attains upgrade sales targets within the designated territory.

• Facilitates the onboarding of new recipients and provides upgrade education.

• Works collaboratively with Consumer and Professional field sales teams.

• Leverages business insight to comprehend the aftercare needs of clinics.

• Oversees territory performance and clinic upgrade penetration through effective sales planning and budgeting/forecasting.

• Reports key performance metrics promptly.

• Collaborates with internal upgrade operations teams to guarantee quality service delivery.

• Employs all sales and service tools, including Salesforce and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree or AuD is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in Hearing Healthcare, sales, or service is required.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills are essential.

• Experience in taking initiative and managing customer relationships within the assigned region.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Proficient computer skills with experience in various software applications, including Microsoft Suite and web-based tools.

• Capability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated commitment to follow through on commitments and accountability for actions and decisions.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Must fulfill all credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to hospitals and surgical centers.
