This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in project delivery by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and team activities under the guidance of senior project leadership.
• Organize activities among Configuration, Data, QA, Product, and Development teams.
• Manage project plans, action logs, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and status reports.
• Facilitate working sessions and team meetings; document decisions, actions, responsible parties, and follow-ups.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; aid in mitigation planning, and escalate matters requiring senior attention.
• Prepare client-facing status updates, track deliverables, create meeting materials, and follow up on communications.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and lessons learned from projects.
• Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts to assist in planning and execution.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance meeting notes, action summaries, status inputs, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain precise project data, dependency inputs, RAID updates, and release readiness information.
• Propose ideas to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency.
• Complete fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to lead comprehensive software implementation projects, data migrations, system conversions, formula development, and form customization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification supported by tangible project achievements, solid references, and evidence of managing complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Practical experience with generative AI, copilots, or automation tools to boost productivity, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client demonstrations, project launches, and escalation management across the United States and Canada.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing tools is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technology solutions is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required for regular interactions with English-speaking external and internal stakeholders and English-only IT tools.
• Work from home 100% of the time, with occasional travel required.
