Bilingual Project Coordinator – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work remotely from anywhere within LATAM.

• Oversee procurement, track budgets, and coordinate with vendors during peak periods.

• Take full ownership of systems from start to finish while operating with minimal supervision.

• Order materials, reconcile invoices, manage budgets, and maintain rigorous contractor documentation.

• Communicate with vendors and crews via phone; ensure budgets and records are consistently updated without needing reminders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role within a construction, remodeling, or roofing company.

• Hands-on experience in procurement and material ordering for multiple simultaneous projects, including managing vendor accounts (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, specialty suppliers).

• Proficient in budget tracking and construction financial administration—reconciling invoices/receipts, processing purchase orders, and allocating transactions to the appropriate projects.

• Expertise in using a project CRM (such as Podio or similar) and advanced Google Sheets for real-time project and budget monitoring.

• Coordination of contractor and vendor payments, including W9 collection, ACH payment setup, and managing insurance/compliance documentation.

• B2+ level English (CEFR) for effective internal coordination with US-based founders and team members.

• Native or near-native Spanish for verbal communication with bilingual subcontractors and crews.
