Bilingual Pharmacy Technician – Refill Calls, Spanish or Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and pharmacies.

• Contact patients to arrange and finalize medication refills.

• Assist in prescription processing and troubleshoot claim issues.

• Verify prescription status and maintain patient records.

• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to clarify orders.

• Offer friendly and supportive assistance to patients and partners.

• Utilize systems to track tasks and ensure information is current.

• Aid patients in managing their medications and guide them through the refill process.

• Work alongside pharmacists, providers, and care teams.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician (1–3 years preferred).

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• State registration as a Pharmacy Technician (mandatory where applicable).

• National certification (CPhT/PTCB) is required.

• Familiarity with prescription processing or claims adjudication is preferred.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

• Comfortable interacting with patients and care teams on a daily basis.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Quick to learn new systems.

• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.

• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms.

• Data entry and computer skills will be assessed during the pre-employment evaluation.

• Must be available for a Monday–Friday schedule, potentially starting as early as 7:45 AM EST.

• Occasional overtime may be required.
