This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and mentor the team within the Demand Department.
• Track departmental productivity and quality metrics.
• Perform performance evaluations and provide coaching sessions.
• Enhance workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs and generate reports.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on departmental projects.
• Ensure timely preparation for demand and progress of cases.
• Address escalated client or operational challenges.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing legal teams.
• Background in plaintiff personal injury.
• Proven track record in leading performance-oriented teams.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Litify, Filevine, or equivalent case management software.
• Exceptional coaching and leadership abilities.
• At least 3 years of required management experience.
• Experience in the legal field is necessary; preference for those with a background in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
• Experience in managing teams in results-driven settings with defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Background in conducting performance reviews, coaching discussions, audits, and initiatives for performance enhancement.
• Strong skills in leadership, organization, and team development.
• Capability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and implement process improvements.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in case management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Consistent attendance, professionalism, and accountability are essential.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
