Bilingual Operations Representative – Account Transfers In/Out

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will begin your journey with the Account Transfers team, which is tasked with managing both incoming asset transfers to SCFC and outgoing asset transfers from our firm.

• You will gain familiarity with our electronic delivery system (NELTC) as well as our manual document exchange process for items that do not qualify for NELTC.

• As part of the transfers process, your responsibilities will include reviewing forms, executing transfers, following up with institutions regarding their statuses, and keeping our clients updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–2 years of experience within the financial services sector.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French.

• Understanding of various account types, including non-registered accounts (cash, margin, joint, etc.) and registered accounts (RRSP, TFSA, RESP, etc.).

• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
