This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls in both Spanish and English.
• Oversee email communications and client correspondence.
• Independently implement and adhere to a comprehensive 20-step SOP workflow, which includes appointment scheduling, session documentation, verification processes, and management of client data/patient records.
• Administer billing and invoicing tasks.
• Provide general administrative and operational assistance.
EHR Systems / Tools Used:
• Passage Health (primary EHR)
• Microsoft systems
• RingCentral (phone system)
• At least 1 year of experience in a remote healthcare or medical administrative position.
• Demonstrated experience in insurance verification tasks is advantageous.
• Proven background in appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
• Experience in providing billing support is a plus.
• High proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing high-volume calls in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in clinical documentation.
• Proven capability to adhere to detailed SOPs and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-directed learner.
• Must be proficient in clear spoken and written English & Spanish.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding is mandatory.
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on when necessary.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is essential.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) is required.
• Noise-canceling headset is necessary.
• Webcam for virtual meetings is required.
• A quiet and professional work environment is needed.
