This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Precisely document patient visits and medical notes.
• Assist healthcare providers with comprehensive medical documentation.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of patient records.
• Aid in the preparation of SOAP notes and clinical documentation workflows.
• Lessen the documentation workload on medical assistants.
• Professionally manage inbound and outbound patient calls.
• Support patient communication and follow-up efforts.
• Assist with the administrative coordination related to patient care.
• Provide support for patient triage activities.
• Help appropriately route patient concerns.
• Facilitate clinic administrative workflows and documentation tasks.
• Extensive experience in medical scribing is REQUIRED.
• A background in the healthcare industry is necessary.
• Experience in pain management is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Strong experience with medical documentation workflows is essential.
• Familiarity with SOAP note formatting is preferred.
• Ability to accurately capture complete patient information.

• Experience with Athena Health or similar EHR systems is required.
• Familiarity with insurance verification systems such as Availity is advantageous.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Strong phone etiquette and ability to interact effectively with patients.
