Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist mortgage loan officers in their daily responsibilities to enhance loan production.

• Examine mortgage loan applications and related documentation, including telephone and computer tasks, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, and sending documents overnight.

• Assess mortgage loan disclosure packages and ensure their delivery to borrowers.

• Prepare rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for distribution to borrowers.

• Analyze documents and loan files to identify any deficiencies and inform mortgage loan officers and/or loan processors.

• Clarify or amend information and gather additional details via phone and email.

• Provide general clerical and telephonic support to loan officers and loan processors.

• Assist management throughout various phases and areas of lending and processing.

• Help manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans.

• Deliver appraisals and property valuations to borrowers and confirm receipt.

• Monitor outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers for necessary documentation.

• Coordinate timely loan closings with title companies and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry, including customer interaction.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales support is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
